SOLOMON WATER – CUSTOMER SERVICES DURING LOCKDOWN


Solomon Water wishes to advise all customers in Honiara of our services during the proposed COVID – 19 lockdown:


  • Water supply treatment and emergency maintenance will occur as usual, and water is safe to drink. Our 24 hour emergency number 23985 will operate as usual. For specific enquiries please call:

    • Water Operations ( Loss of supply) 8473175

    • Maintenance (major water leaks, sewer overflow) 8643817

  • Our Customer care centres at Hyundai mall and Commonwealth Street will be CLOSED during the lockdown.

  • Top up for Cashwater will only be available through the services below. 
  • Our mobile and online top up services through Bank South Pacific (BSP bank), Ezi-pei (SI Postal Corporation) and BMobile will operate. These services are all available 24 hours a day, seven days per week once set up and registered and we urge all customers to register with one of these services today.

  • For Cashwater meter faults customers should ring 8961986 during working hours.


All customers are advised to try and have at least 5 days water top up credit on your meter at all times in the event that a positive case of COVID – 19 forces a real lockdown.
