Solomon water received reports and complaints from the public that some of our field staff are demanding cash money when doing installations for CashWater connections and Meter bypass.
Solomon Water would like to stress that this is wrong and we will not tolerate such bad practice and behavior by any of our staff.
One of our staff recently has been implicated and now was terminated.
Solomon Water calls on the public to ‘STOP’ giving cash to our staff on the field and that payment of any of Solomon Water services must only be done through our cashier outlets at BJS Customer Care Centre, Point Cruz or at Hyundai Mall cashier with receipts issued.
Solomon Water would like to remind our good customers and the public that if any of our staff demand cash payments for SW services, please do the right thing by reporting the person our to Human Resource Manager. Your report will be treated as confidential and should include these details (date, location, description, vehicle registration) and other necessary information.
