Solomon Water would like to inform our customers in Honiara, Auki, Tulagi and Noro that as part of our Business Continuity Planning we will continue to provide safe clean water and other related services to our valued customers. As an essential service provider, our critical functions will continue during this uncertain period of time.

To minimise social contact, our customers are strongly encouraged to make payments without coming into our offices. To do this CashWater customers can register with Ezi Pei which can be done at the Solomon Islands Postal Corporation, Ezi Pei outlets at Panatina Plaza and Post Office, Point Cruz. An online top up system is almost ready for implementation, but unfortunately delayed through the current worldwide coronavirus pandemic.

For our postpaid customers, bills can be paid using the internet banking service, and we encourage you to register with BSP internet banking service.

Solomon Water cashier outlets will continue to provide service however with the current rapidly changing situation we strongly encourage customers to use these options as it allows customers to do it remotely rather than travelling to our cashier outlets.

It is important that given our current difficulties with Kongulai water source as a consequence of logging activities, customers are strongly advised to store water at all times as we are sometimes forced to turn off supply when our source is dirty, usually after heavy rain. We understand that clean water is crucial during this time, however our new Kongulai water treatment plant is in its final design stage and should complete in June 2021. We are doing everything we can to speed up its construction over coming months.

Solomon Water is working with you to ensure all customers have appropriate service and a safe water supply at this difficult time.
