Solomon Water wishes to inform our valued CashWater customers that our cashier outlets will continue to provide service, however, with the current rapidly changing situation we strongly advise customers to make sure that you have at least 1 week’s top-up credit on your water meter at all times to avoid any inconvenience in times of emergency or Government ordered shutdown. We will be open by phone on our usual customer care 23985 for limited hours (9:000am to 3:00pm) in the event of a shutdown.
We also encourage CashWater customers to register with Ezi Pei which can be done at the Solomon Islands Postal Corporation head office on Mendana Avenue and the Ezi Pei outlet at Panatina Plaza. By doing this you can make a top-up without coming into our cashier outlets. An online top-up system is almost ready for implementation but unfortunately delayed through the current worldwide coronavirus pandemic.
For our postpaid customers, bills can be paid using the internet banking service, and we encourage you to register with BSP internet banking service.
We have installed an extra cashier station at our Point Cruz Customer Care Centre to assist in managing high numbers of customers.
