Solomon Water would like to inform our valued customers that a major power outage in town has caused a shutdown to most of our pump stations causing water outages and low pressure to most of our customers.

This is an issue that is out of our control and we are liaising with Solomon Power on when power will resume so that we can continue to provide water supply to our valued customers.

Solomon Water would like to inform our valued customers that water has been restored from our Kongulai Source and some areas are receiving water now and others will be later on today when the system fully recovers. Please store water in buckets and containers as the weather is unpredictable and we might turn off supply at anytime if turbidity level goes up past its safety mark.
