These vehicles are located at the SW Tuvaruhu Warehouse site. Viewing of the vehicle(s) can be arranged on Tuesday 13 January, Thursday 15 January, Tuesday 20 January, and Thursday 22 January, between 10:00–11:00 am and 2:00–3:00 pm on these proposed dates. Inspections are to be arranged with Walter Hatia and Rolston Ghima on 44700 ext. 4673 OR on solomonwater.com.sb/tenders or on the Solomon Water Facebook page.
Tenderers are to express their interest in writing clearly stating their contact details, bid amount and proof of funds (i.e., bank statement) to purchase the Vehicles.
Interested parties are to submit a completed tender document in a sealed envelope marked:
“Used (Vehicle Name) (Vehicle Reg #) Tender”

All tender documents are to be submitted at the Tender Box located at Solomon Water BJS office – upstairs. Closing date for submission is Tuesday 27 January – 10am. Tenders received after tender closing date and time will not be considered.
Conditions of Tender:
- Solomon Water is not bound to accept the highest nor any bid and reserves all the rights to reject all the bid submissions if necessary.
- The preferred bidder will be given a period of 7 working days to present to SW cashier at Solomon Water Office ( BJS Building, Common Wealth Street) the complete payment of the amount offered in their tender and failure to do so may result in SW offering the property to the next preferred tenderer.
- SW will not negotiate further with any winner on the offer amount.
- SW will not enter into any correspondence with any unsuccessful bidder.
- SW will notify the first winner that he has been disqualified based on the grounds where he/she dishonored the tender condition and the same chance will be given to the runner up.
