All tender documents are to be submitted at the Tender Box located at Solomon Water BJS office – upstairs. Closing date for submission is 01/07/24, 10am. Tenders received after tender closing date and time will not be considered.

Conditions of Tender:

 Solomon Water is not bound to accept the highest nor any bid and reserves all the rights to reject all the bid submissions if necessary,

 The preferred bidder will be given a period of 7 working days to present to SW cashier at BJS office the complete payment of the amount offered in their tender and failure to do so may result in SW offering the property to the next preferred tenderer. SW will notify the first winner that he has been disqualified based on the grounds where he/she dishonoured the tender condition and the same chance will be given to the runner up.

 SW will not negotiate further with any winner on the offer amount.

 SW will not enter into any correspondence with any unsuccessful bidder.
