System Upgrade

 

To Our Valued Customers

Please be advised that we are going to be carrying out a system upgrade from Friday 28 April to Tuesday 2 May.

Please note that during this period our point of sale (POS) systems at the BJS and Panatina Plaza Cashier & Customer Centers will be down.

Our cashiers will be receipting all bills and fees received by hand during the systems upgrade period. We are therefore anticipating long and slow moving queues for customers at our outlets and we ask for your patience with our staff during this period.

 UNPLANNED WATER DISRUPTION: Tulagi

Solomon Water would like to inform our valued customers that due to current power outage in Tulagi, Central Province customers in the area will experience low water pressure or no water. 

Please note customers will experience low water pressure or no water until power comes back on.

BOIL WATER NOTICE: TULAGI

Customers still receiving water are advised to boil all water for drinking, food preparation, cooking and consumption. This boil water notice is effective until further notice.

These areas will be affected with low pressure or no water:
Governor General Residence, GG Valley, Zion, Green Valley, Naha Heights, Vura Heights, Vura 1, Fishing Village, Bred Bank, SINU Kukum Campus, Panatina Plaza and Sir David Kausimae Building.

Please make sure you store water in buckets and containers for use during the disruption period.

Solomon Water would like to inform our valued customers that we will be closed for business on Monday 1 June.

CashWater customers are requested to register with BSP Mobile Banking or Ezi Pei for online top up services to get access to our 24 hour, 7 day per week top up service.

Customers are also advised to have a minimum of 5 days top up credit on your meter at all times to avoid any inconvenience.
